Started his world off with one plane, then made an exact copy of it, changing something slightly to see how the two diverged. Now has many different 'parallel' versions of the same place.
Plans to destroy 'failed' timelines to regain the power from them so that he can continue to do this. Its not clear what he deems a 'failure.'
A chimera, absorbed his twin brother in-utero.
Seemingly has some knowledge of other timelines and how his life would be like in said timelines. Knows that in any timeline where his brother were to survive, a chain of events would occur that would result in the entire universe being thrown into chaos. Knows that it's a good thing his twin brother is dead.
