A wizard who studied for many years to control the weather, in order to help their little farming village's crops grow, so that their village would never have to worry about poor harvests again. Their powers are strong, but their ability to control them varies greatly with their emotions.
Because of this, they do their best to stay happy most of the time, never leaving their comfort zone or doing anything difficult or nervewracking, knowing that any negative emotions might lessen the effectiveness of their powers, potentially leading to worse weather, which might impact the quality of the harvest and thus how much the people of their village have to eat. Everyone else in the village also does their best to keep Mina happy, always being nice to them, never telling them about anything bad that might happen, helping them out with anything they need.
Their clothing was custom-made by one of the village tailors for them.
